JBODs from Thomas-Krenn

JBOD stands for “Just a bunch of disks” or disk arrays in a separate case without a controller. JBODs, in contrast to individual hard drives, are simpler to manage and stand out with their compact design. Additionally, JBODs allow for quicker access times and are cheaper than RAID systems.
