Depending on the product, size and weight of the ordered goods, we have a variety of shipping options to choose from. The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the server. We ship up to 30 kilograms by UPS as standard, for quality reasons sensitive systems such as tower servers are only shipped by a forwarding agent.
Please note:
The delivery times listed apply exclusively to shipping via UPS or the freight carrier. For systems, assembly—including functional testing and quality control—is performed prior to shipment. For orders of individual parts, internal processing and preparation for shipment are required. These processing times are in addition to the shipping times listed below.

Shipping with UPS:

UPS offers us a wide range of shipping options:

  • UPS Standard Europe (EU)/Switzerland (CH):
    With this shipping method, the goods are delivered on a specified day within the next 5 business days, provided that the goods and customs formalities can be processed promptly.
  • UPS Express D/EU/CH:
    Delivery is made by 10:30 a.m. the next day to most business addresses in Europe, provided the goods and customs formalities can be processed promptly. For urgent matters, please contact your personal representative.
  • UPS Express D/EU/CH 12:00:
    Delivery is made the next day by 12:00 p.m. to most business addresses in Europe, provided that the goods and customs formalities can be processed promptly. For urgent matters, please contact your personal representative.
  • UPS Express Saver D/EU/CH:
    Delivery is scheduled for the next business day throughout Europe, provided that the goods and customs formalities can be processed promptly.

Shipping via a freight forwarder:

Even when shipping via a freight forwarder (for shipments weighing 32 kilograms or more, or for particularly sensitive systems), we offer various shipping options:

  • Freight Forwarder: Europe (Germany (D)/Europe (EU)/Switzerland (CH)) Standard:
    Delivery times are 2 business days for Germany, 3 to 6 business days for Europe (depending on the country), and 2 to 3 business days for Switzerland.
  • D Freight Forwarding with Phone Notification:
    With this shipping method, the carrier will call you on the day of delivery to let you know when the package will arrive.
  • Shipping Company D Express:
    The goods will be delivered within 24–48 hours (depending on the ZIP code). For urgent matters, please contact your personal representative.

Pickup at Thomas-Krenn

You are welcome to pick up your order directly at our facility. We are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
