Ordering options

At Thomas-Krenn, orders are primarily placed via our website. Select the appropriate product category in the navigation bar and configure your desired system easily online. Then all you have to do is add the system to your shopping cart and you can order the server. Alternatively, you can also save your configuration as an offer.

If you do not want to put together your desired system yourself, you are welcome to contact our sales staff, who will help you configure your system. There is also a live chat available in the online store, which you can use to ask our sales team questions during the configuration process. You can also arrange a callback or consultation appointment here.

What happens next?

Thanks to our self-developed merchandise management system and our excellently coordinated production park, we are able to dispatch your order promptly. Many of the servers on offer can be delivered the very next working day. However, as our systems can be configured individually and therefore have to be picked and assembled individually, we ask for your understanding if there are small delays. Here too, quality is our top priority.
