Ordering options

At Thomas-Krenn, orders are primarily placed via our website. Select the appropriate product category in the navigation bar and configure your desired system easily online. Then all you have to do is add the system to your shopping cart and you can order the server. Alternatively, you can also save your configuration as an offer.

If you do not want to put together your desired system yourself, you are welcome to contact our sales staff, who will help you configure your system. There is also a live chat available in the online store, which you can use to ask our sales team questions during the configuration process. You can also arrange a callback or consultation appointment here.

After your order

Thanks to our self-developed ERP system and efficiently coordinated production park, we are able to determine the delivery time for your server before you complete your order. Many of our servers can be delivered on the next business day. A detailed overview of your order can be found in the “My account” section.
