How to Order

At Thomas-Krenn, orders are primarily placed through our website. Select the appropriate product category from the navigation menu and easily configure your desired system online. Then, simply add the configured system to your shopping cart, and you’re ready to order the server. Alternatively, you can save your configuration as a quote.

If you’d prefer not to put together your desired system yourself, feel free to contact our sales representatives —they’ll be happy to help you configure your system. You can also use the online store to schedule a callback or a consultation appointment.

What happens next?

Thanks to our self-developed merchandise management system and our excellently coordinated production park, we are able to dispatch your order promptly. Many of the servers on offer can be delivered the very next working day. However, as our systems can be configured individually and therefore have to be picked and assembled individually, we ask for your understanding if there are small delays. Here too, quality is our top priority.
