Depending on the product, size and weight of the ordered goods, we have a variety of shipping options to choose from. The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the server. We ship up to 30 kilograms by UPS as standard; for quality reasons, sensitive systems such as tower servers are only shipped by a forwarding agent.

You are welcome to collect your ordered goods directly from our premises. We are available from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 15:00 and on Fridays from 08:00 to 13:00.
We also do what we can to ensure a seamless delivery to non-EU countries. This includes handling customs formalities and export documentation. We can also ship with UPS to non-EU countries. In this case, customs fees are already included in the shipping price (for instance for deliveries to Switzerland or Liechtenstein).

After checking your order, we will send you a prepayment invoice, which also serves as an order confirmation. We will not release your order for production until we have received payment and will usually dispatch the goods within a few working days.
The prerequisite for this payment method is a positive credit check - this can take a few days. Please note that the credit check is valid for one year. After a positive check, your products will be assembled and dispatched. Please transfer the invoice amount to one of the designated accounts within the payment period after receipt of the goods.
After your order and approval by the leasing company, you will receive the original leasing contract. Once the contract has been legally signed and returned to us, we will release the order and dispatch the ordered products.
If you would like to buy from us more often by leasing in the future, we can take care of all the formalities for you in advance, please let us know.
If you order cash on delivery, payment will be made upon delivery by the contracted service provider. This may incur fees that vary depending on the service provider. Payment by cash on delivery is only possible up to a certain amount (example UPS: delivery by cash on delivery up to € 2,500 gross).
A prerequisite for this payment method is a positive credit check - this can take a few days. Please note that a credit check is valid for one year. After placing your order, you will receive a SEPA direct debit mandate, which must be signed by both you and your bank and returned to us in the original. Upon receipt of the mandate, your order will be processed and dispatched immediately and the invoice amount will be debited from your account within the agreed payment period.

After placing your order, you will receive an invoice from us with the corresponding link for PayPal payment. As soon as we have received the payment, we will prepare the goods and dispatch them.
With this payment method, we receive the invoice amount as quickly as possible and can start assembling your products immediately.
With this payment method, you collect your goods from our head office in Freyung and pay in cash. When we hand over the goods, you will also receive your invoice, on which we will issue a receipt for the cash payment.
