Highly professional applications in the areas of CAD, rendering, financial mathematics, simulations, logistics, medicine and finite element analysis require high-performance GPUs (graphics processing units). Silent silent servers from Thomas-Krenn are therefore also used in CPU-intensive processes, such as the open source flight simulator FlightGear.
