1. request: Fill out the form at the bottom of the page completely without obligation or select the option "Managed Colocation" directly in your configuration

2. accommodation of the hardware: Your hardware is placed in a highly secure data center. There are three options for this:

  • You ship your own hardware to one of our data centers.
  • You order your individual server from us in the online store and select the "Managed Colocation" option. We take care of the shipping.
  • We conveniently collect the hardware from your premises. This procedure is particularly useful when it comes to sensitive systems or larger deliveries.

3. scope of services: In addition to the provision of power, air conditioning and physical security, our experienced partner Sysfacts.AG also takes care of network management, monitoring and support.
Important: You always have full access to the platform and can therefore keep an eye on your systems.

4. expert support: The service provider provides a team of experts who take care of the maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization of your systems around the clock.
