The Power Usage Effectiveness figure is derived from the ratio
of general/total energy consumption for a server room/data center
and the energy consumption of the IT-equipment in kW.
In order to obtain a realistic value, average consumption
should be established over a period of at least twelve months.
The standard value is 1.8.
