Deletion of personal data

You can arrange for your personal data stored with us to be deleted in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). In this case, please download the following PDF application and send us the completed application by post to our address so that we can start the deletion process for you.

Note:
An exception to the deletion obligation exists if the processing of personal data is required to fulfill an obligation under German or EU law (Art. 17 (3) b DSGVO) or is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 17 (3) e DSGVO).

For example, if you are currently placing an order in our online shop, your data cannot be deleted before the transaction has been completed.
