VMware vCenter Server is a powerful tool for server management. It enables the centralized and clear administration of vSphere environments and allows automation and provisioning of virtual infrastructures in the hybrid cloud. vCenter Server is available in Essentials, Foundation and Standard editions with different feature sets. The Essentials edition is included exclusively in the vSphere Essentials Kit and is not available individually. Foundation and Standard editions can manage 4 and 2,000 ESXi hosts, respectively.
