Branding
Stand out with custom hardware. Our experienced media designers will develop individual design possibilities with you. Together, we can showcase your logos on the front panel of your system. On request, we can even design the entire case according to your requirements. Whether powder coating, digital printing on various materials, screen printing, finishes or laser engraving – the possibilities are nearly endless. We are also happy to assist you with the design and production of individual packagings – another key component of a strong brand.
Special services
Our services are quickly explained: We ensure that our product is running properly, whether it is being used by you or your customers – conveniently and without red tape! For instance, should a component fail, you will receive a new one immediately via our advance replacement service. Moreover, our certified support staff will help you in the event of problems, even if they go beyond pure hardware defects. All it takes is a simple call to our Technical Support team. We also offer various individual additional services on request. If you need special applications, we ensure via extensive testing that they run according to your requirements. As you can see, our service and support offers are as individual as your requirements.
Contract manufacturing
Your systems are manufactured according to the same high-quality requirements as all our products. As a customer, you benefit from defined, ISO-certified processes. We adapt our production to your requirements and allow you to specify tests at certain spots along the production chain. If you already have a finished product, we will take over the contract manufacturing according to your bill of material (BoM), including sourcing of the components and storage. Both built-to-order and pre-production products are possible. We do not have a minimum quantity limit – small quantities are also possible. You are welcome to visit us on site to get an impression of our facilities.
Imaging
All servers can be pre-installed with standard software and delivered with individual IPMI configurations. For customer-specific projects, we offer many further options: For example, we can deliver turnkey systems directly to you or your customers. If you provide us with individual software images, we can install them before delivery. This makes the server immediately ready for use. If you need to meet specific requirements, we will work with you to develop the appropriate processes for the provision and installation of your software.
Logistics
When it comes to logistics, we can work according your wishes and are as flexible as our systems when it comes to shipping methods, delivery times and delivery volumes (e.g. collective orders). Depending on the order, we also have the possibility of establishing consignment warehouses for our products. This minimizes your processing and capital requirements. Shop portals specially designed for you are another way to reduce your effort to a minimum. There, you can find all your individual products at your terms and conveniently place orders online.
Testing
Once we have found the ideal system for your requirements, it's all about fine-tuning: Rather than relying on manufacturer specifications, we test everything ourselves in our in-house laboratory – even the smallest components. We only release your system for final assembly when we are convinced that it will function properly. As part of our extensive quality assurance process, our systems undergo additional random quality checks to ensure that you always receive a perfect product.
Special components
Custom requirements sometimes require custom components. This is no problem for us. Simply tell us your requirements and we will find the right special components for them.
