The Essentials Package contains the hardware replacement NBD (Next Business Day) service. The customer also has a right to hotline support from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. As the starter package, the Essential Package offers comprehensive coverage should hardware issues arise.

Exclusive Package*

The Exclusive Package contains the hardware replacement NBD (Next Business Day) service. The customer also has a right to 24/7 hotline support and on-site service NBD (Next Business Day). The package also includes the Call Home service which guarantees that hardware problems are quickly recognized. The Exclusive Package offers customers excellent coverage for the moments where they need it most.

Enterprise Package*

The Enterprise Package is our carefree package and offers your company comprehensive service. It includes 24/7/4 service and support in addition to an on-site and same day replacement service. Furthermore, the Call Home service ensures that hardware problems are quickly recognized.

4 Automatic notification sent to TK support team when hardware problems occur (TKmon, Icinga or Nagios with network access to the server(s) required). Once notification has been received, technician call-back Mon. – Fri. from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm.
