TKMI Remote Control
The TKMI provides remote control functions for remote operation and direct interaction with the system. These include, in particular, the remote KVM console as well as additional control and management options.
In the following, the individual sections are explained.
Overview

This section provides access to the remote KVM console (H5Viewer) as well as Serial over LAN (SOL) for direct system integration.
Remote KVM console

The system can be completely controlled remotely via H5Viewer including BIOS/UEFI-access and operating system interaction.
Functions within the remote console:
- Video – Control video output functions such as pause, refresh or turning the display on/off
- Mouse – Configuring mouse control, for example between absolute and relative mode
- Options – Adjustment of display quality, zoom level and colour depth of the remote session
- Keyboard – Selecting the keyboard layout for the remote session
- Send Keys – Allows to send shortcuts such as
Ctrl+Alt+Delto the system - Video Record – function for recording the remote KVM session
- Power - Direct control of system (Restart, Shutdown, Power Cycle)
- Active Users – Display of active users currently accessing the remote console
Serial Over LAN (SOL)

This allows the access on the serial console of the system via network, particularly for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes.
