AMD EPYC 4004 Raphael
AMD EPYC 4004 series processors offer up to 16 Zen 4 CPU cores. These are divided into up to 2 Core Complex Dies (CCDs). The central I/O die offers a 2-channel DDR5 memory connection and an additional 28 PCIe Gen in 5.0 lanes. This article provides a clear tabular overview of the AMD EPYC 4004 series models.
Characteristics

AMD EPYC 4004 processors offer the following features or the following characteristics:
- AMD Zen4 cores (up to 2 CCDs / 16 cores)
- 1 MB L2-cache per core
- 32 MB L3-cache per CCD
- 2-channel DDR5 UDIMM up to 5.200 MHz with ECC support (for 1DPC - 1 Dimm per channel, for 2DPC 3.600 MHz)[1]
- maximum 192 GB RAM (for 2 DIMMs/channel)
- up to 28 PCIe 5.0 I/O lanes
- DisplayPort 2.0 / HDMI 2.1
