Perl warning Setting locale failed w Debianie

Podczas zautomatyzowanej instalacji Debiana lub Ubuntu zdarza się, że ustawienia językowe, czyli locale nie są kompletnie konfigurowane. W trakcie instalacji aplikacji Perl (np. Nagios) zostaje wtedy wyświetlony komunikat perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
