Solidigm (vormals Intel) D3-S4520 SATA SSDs bieten Durchsatzraten von bis zu 550 MB/s und sind von 240 GB bis zu 7,68 TB erhältlich. Mit 2 bis 3 DWPD (Drive Writes per Day, abhängig von der Kapazität) und 15-30 K Write IOPS sind sie für den Einsatz mit VMware VSAN (Performance Class C/D/E) zertifiziert. Die Schwesterserie Intel D3-S4620 SATA SSDs bietet 4 bis 5 DWPD.
