PCI Express Mini Card (Mini PCIe)
Die PCI Express Mini Card Spezifikation (umgangssprachlich Mini PCIe) wurde von PCI-SIG ursprünglich 2003 als Nachfolger von Mini PCI veröffentlicht. Die Spezifikation definiert die Implementierung von PCI Express Karten in einem kleinen Formfaktor. Genutzt wird der Formfaktor z.B. für Mini PCIe WLAN und Bluetooth Module.

Nachfolger der PCI Express Mini Card und mSATA Spezifikation ist die PCI Express M.2 Spezifikation. M.2 unterstützt PCIe 3.0 bis zu x4 Lanes, SATA 3.x und USB 3.0 sowie noch kleinere Kartenabmessungen.
