With ActiveProtect Manager, you can group several backup servers into a cluster (site) and designate an ActiveProtect appliance as the management server. This server centrally monitors all backup servers and their workloads. Up to three servers (including the management server) per site are licence-free as standard – additional servers require the purchase of an ActiveProtect licence package.
