As a constantly growing company, we have made it our task to give young people an opportunity for a successful future. We offer young, committed individuals apprenticeships with excellent prospects and help ensure a successful start to their career.
Our goal is to train and develop qualified specialists, with each individual receiving intensive training and comprehensive supervision from a professional. Multi-week internal internships in our departments give our apprentices insight into every area of the company.
During their time here, apprentices have the opportunity to participate in various projects. One of these is the Apprenticeship Rotation. In this project, apprentices can gather experience in companies from various industries (fashion, logistics, banking, city administration, etc.) over a set period of time and thereby expand their occupational horizons.
In the project "Apprentices Train Apprentices", apprentices from various companies give specialist lectures and provide information on site at Thomas-Krenn on topics that interest apprentices.
