Dieser Grundsatz ist bei Thomas-Krenn mehr als eine leere Phrase. Schlie\u00dflich sind unsere Mitarbeiter die Grundpfeiler unserer Arbeit, ohne sie w\u00e4re unser Onlineshop nicht so<\/span><\/span><\/span> erfolgreich. Nur dank dem Know-how und K\u00f6nnen der Belegschaft k\u00f6nnen wir innovative Produktl\u00f6sungen, Webinare und vieles mehr anbieten. Deshalb tuen wir es den ganz Gro\u00dfen der Branche nach und geben den Mitarbeitern durch verschiedene Ma\u00dfnahmen zur\u00fcck, was sie t\u00e4glich f\u00fcr uns leisten.<\/p>\n

Mehr Freizeit f\u00fcr mehr Erholung<\/strong><\/p>\n

Um dem Team geregelte Freizeit zu garantieren, hat sich die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung etwas Besonderes einfallen lassen. \u201eEinige Kollegen lesen und bearbeiten E-Mails auch nachdem sie nach Hause gegangen sind. So<\/span><\/span><\/span> viel Engagement freut uns sehr, aber wir m\u00f6chten, dass die Kollegen fit und ausgeruht zur Arbeit kommen. Und das gelingt eben nur, wenn sie sich auch mal erholen, und wann geht das besser, als in der Freizeit?\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Dr. David Hoeflmayr, CEO bei Thomas-Krenn, wie diese neue Regelung zu Stande kam. Zwischen 19.00 und 6.00 Uhr ist das E-Mail-Postfach deshalb gesperrt, auch an den Wochenenden, an Feiertagen und im Urlaub kann nicht darauf zugegriffen werden.

\nKundenanfragen sind von dieser neuen Regel nicht betroffen. Alle Mitarbeiter haben weiterhin zu den gewohnten Zeiten Zugriff auf ihr Postfach, lediglich in den sehr fr<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00fchen Morgenstunden und nach Feierabend k\u00f6nnen Sie E-Mails nicht mehr lesen und bearbeiten. Auch w\u00e4hrend der Urlaubszeiten gibt es feste Regeln: \u201eJeder Mitarbeiter hat in seiner Urlaubszeit eine kompetente Vertretung, die in dringenden F\u00e4llen nat\u00fcrlich auch Kundenanfragen bearbeiten kann\u201c, so<\/span><\/span><\/span> Hoeflmayr. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen wichtige E-Mails auch beantwortet werden, wenn der regul\u00e4re Ansprechpartner nicht im Haus ist. Davon ausgenommen sind Abteilungen, die st\u00e4ndig erreichbar sein m\u00fcssen, um die Qualit\u00e4t unseres Services aufrechtzuerhalten, wie etwa der Support oder die IT-Bereitschaft.

\nDie neue Regelung tritt ab sofort in Kraft und sorgt so<\/span><\/span><\/span> schon in der bevorstehenden Urlaubszeit f\u00fcr mehr Entspannung der Belegschaft.
