Wir legen Wert auf echten Service, angepasst an die individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse unserer Kunden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit unserem Vor-Ort-Installationsservice bauen unsere Techniker den Server vor Ort ins Rack ein und sorgen f\u00fcr einwandfreie Funktionalit\u00e4t \u2013 vom ersten Tag an. Das erspart dem K\u00e4ufer nicht nur Arbeitsaufwand, er kann seinen Server auch sofort voll nutzen. F\u00fcr Hardware-Upgrades haben wir unseren  VOr-Ort-Service (DE) entwickelt. Unsere Techniker \u00fcbernehmen Hardware-Aufr\u00fcstung, Mainboard-Umbau, Controller-Austausch und CPU-Aufr\u00fcstung vor Ort beziehungsweise direkt im Rechenzentrum. Eine andere M\u00f6glichkeit zur Aufr\u00fcstung bietet unser Service-Upgrade. Dazu muss der Server nur eingeschickt werden, wir \u00fcbernehmen die Umbauten bei uns im Haus. Anschlie\u00dfend senden wir den aufger\u00fcsteten Server wieder zur\u00fcck, nach ganz Deutschland oder Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Neben diesen Einzelangeboten bieten wir Service-Pakete an, die mehrere geb\u00fcndelte Serviceleistungen beinhalten. Diesen Rundum-Schutz gibt es in drei Ausf\u00fchrungen. Das Essential-Paket umfasst den Hardware-Austausch Next Business Day sowie die Support-Hotline von <span class=\"Object\" id=\"OBJ_PREFIX_DWT4293_com_zimbra_phone\">7.00 &#8211; 22.30<\/span> Uhr.<\/p>\n<p>Umfangreicher ist das Exclusive-Paket inklusive Hardware-Austausch Next Business Day, Hotline-Support 24\/7, Vor-Ort-Service Next Business Day und Call-Home-Service, mit dem Hardware-Probleme sofort erkannt und gel\u00f6st werden k\u00f6nnen. Das Enterprise-Paket enth\u00e4lt neben diesen Leistungen zus\u00e4tzlich<span class=\"pullquote-right\">Austausch erfolgt am gleichen Werktag innerhalb von vier Stunden<\/span> den Hardware-Austausch Vor-Ort-Service 24\/7\/4 (Austausch erfolgt am gleichen Werktag innerhalb von vier Stunden). Weil wir wissen, dass sich die Service-W\u00fcnsche der Kunden \u00e4ndern k\u00f6nnen, sind alle Dienstleistungen sowohl bei der Konfiguration des Servers, als auch im Nachhinein buchbar.
