Der Kunde kann, je nach Systemanforderungen, das Passende ausw\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Essential-Paket enth\u00e4lt unter anderem einen Hardware-Vorab-Austausch NBD (Next Business Day). Zus\u00e4tzlich hat der Kunde Anspruch auf den Hotline-Support von 7.00 &#8211; 22.30 Uhr. Als Einstiegspaket ist der Essential-Service empfehlenswert, da er f\u00fcr den Fall der F\u00e4lle eine umfassende Absicherung bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Im Exclusive-Paket ist ein Hardware-Vorab-Austausch NBD (Next Business Day) enthalten. Weiterhin hat der Kunde Anspruch auf Hotline-Support 24\/7 und einen Vor-Ort-Service NBD (Next Business Day.) Zus\u00e4tzlich enthalten ist der Call-Home-Service, welcher gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass kein Hardware-Problem unentdeckt bleibt. Das Exclusive-Paket bietet ausgezeichnete Absicherung und ist bei anspruchsvollen und firmenkritischen Anwendungen sehr zu empfehlen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Enterprise-Paket ist unser Rundum-sorglos-Paket.
