Unsere Kollegen Robert Binder und Maximilian Pfaffinger haben den sprichw\u00f6rtlichen Sprung ins kalte Wasser gewagt und sich aus anderen Branchen heraus bei Thomas-Krenn beworben. Wie es ihnen in den ersten Monaten im Unternehmen ergangen ist und vor welche speziellen Herausforderungen sie die unbekannte IT-Branche stellte, erz\u00e4hlen uns die beiden Quereinsteiger im Interview. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Drei Monate Thomas-Krenn liegen hinter euch. Habt ihr euch gut eingelebt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maximilian Pfaffinger:<\/strong> Auf jeden Fall! Meine Kolleginnen und Kollegen haben mich sehr gut aufgenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Robert Binder:<\/strong> Mir geht\u2019s genauso. Durch das Onboarding-Programm und vor allem die Rotation durch die verschiedenen Abteilungen lernt man alle Kollegen schnell kennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die IT-Branche ist f\u00fcr euch beide Neuland. Was habt ihr vorher beruflich gemacht?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RB:<\/strong> Ganz weit weg von der IT: Ich war zuletzt Projektleiter f\u00fcr Schallschutz-Einhausungen bei einer Metallbaufirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MP:<\/strong> Ich war der Allrounder in einem hochwertigen K\u00fcchenstudio. Planungen, Verkauf, Kalkulation, Einkauf und Sachbearbeitung \u2013 das war ein sehr breites Aufgabenfeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote is-style-default\" style=\"border-color:#ff6900\"><blockquote><p>Die Zusammenarbeit als Team steht hier an erster Stelle.<\/p><cite>Maximilian<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie seid ihr auf Thomas-Krenn als Arbeitgeber aufmerksam geworden?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MP:<\/strong> Da war diese Stellenanzeige in der Tageszeitung \u2013 die war so originell gestaltet und formuliert, dass ich mich sofort angesprochen f\u00fchlte. Und der Firma eilt ein wirklich guter Ruf voraus. Da dachte ich mir: Versuch dein Gl\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RB:<\/strong> Als Ortsans\u00e4ssiger kannte ich die Thomas-Krenn.AG nat\u00fcrlich schon recht lange. Aber beworben habe ich mich auch ganz klassisch nach einer Anzeige in der Zeitung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie habt ihr euren Einstieg bei Thomas-Krenn erlebt?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RB:<\/strong> Angenehm war\u2019s. Alle waren von Anfang an offen und hilfsbereit, und auf die neuen Kollegen wird sowieso besonders geachtet. Da f\u00e4llt einem die Einarbeitung gleich viel leichter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MP:<\/strong> Das war eine ziemlich intensive Zeit \u2013 neue Kollegen, neue Abl\u00e4ufe, neue Materie. Aber man merkt sofort, wie famili\u00e4r und partnerschaftlich hier alles abl\u00e4uft. Ein so positives Arbeitsklima habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stichwort Materie: Hab ihr euch schnell zurechtgefunden mit Servern, Storage &amp; Co.?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MP:<\/strong> So eine Umstellung ist nie leicht, glaube ich. Die ausf\u00fchrliche Einarbeitung hilft dabei sehr. Durch gezielte Schulungen und die interne Abteilungsrotation ist man schnell in der Lage, sich produktiv einzubringen. Aber alles ohne Druck \u2013 jeder bekommt so viel Zeit, wie er braucht, um Fu\u00df zu fassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RB:<\/strong> Am Anfang ist es schon eine Herausforderung, bei den vielen neuen Begriffen den \u00dcberblick zu behalten. Aber es ist wie bei einem Puzzle: Irgendwo f\u00e4ngt man an, und hat dann irgendwann St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Bild. Mir hat da auch sehr weitergeholfen, dass sich in der Anfangszeit ein pers\u00f6nlicher Onboarding Buddy um jeden Neuen k\u00fcmmert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was gef\u00e4llt euch an der Arbeit bei Thomas-Krenn am besten?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RB: <\/strong>Ganz klar das famili\u00e4re Umfeld. Es gibt keine verschlossenen T\u00fcren, und jeder Kollege nimmt sich Zeit f\u00fcr deine Fragen und W\u00fcnsche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MP:<\/strong> Genau das. Die Zusammenarbeit als Team steht hier an erster Stelle. Toll ist f\u00fcr mich auch der t\u00e4gliche Kundenkontakt \u2013 das wird nie langweilig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\" style=\"border-color:#ff6900\"><blockquote><p>Nicht lange \u00fcberlegen. Einfach machen.<\/p><cite>Robert<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was sind eure Ziele f\u00fcr das erste Jahr? Und l\u00e4ngerfristig?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MP: <\/strong>Ich m\u00f6chte so bald wie m\u00f6glich in der Lage sein, mein Team beim Erreichen der Abteilungsziele zu unterst\u00fctzen. Auf lange Sicht m\u00f6chte ich mich zu einer zuverl\u00e4ssigen und wichtigen St\u00fctze des Vertriebs von Thomas-Krenn entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RB:<\/strong> Zu allererst m\u00f6chte ich mich so richtig ins Themenfeld IT reinfuchsen. Die Kunden merken, wenn man nicht so wirklich wei\u00df, wovon man redet. Und danach&#8230;weiterbilden, qualifizieren, Karriereleiter raufkraxeln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Welchen Rat gebt ihr einem Quereinsteiger f\u00fcr die Bewerbung bei Thomas-Krenn?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RB:<\/strong> Nicht lange \u00fcberlegen, einfach machen.
