Denn au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Leistungen sind die Voraussetzung f\u00fcr einen innovativen Betrieb und neue Ideen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<span class=\"dropcap\">E<\/span>ngagement, Talent, Qualifikation. Mitarbeiter, die mit diesen besonderen Eigenschaften und F\u00e4higkeiten ausgestattet sind, profitieren bei Thomas-Krenn von einem speziellen High Potential Programm. Die F\u00f6rderung engagierter Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte ist zentral, wenn ein Unternehmen auf Dauer erfolgreich sein und mit innovativen Ideen \u00fcberzeugen will. Nur mit dem gro\u00dfen Know-how und K\u00f6nnen engagierter Mitarbeiter, kann ein Betrieb bestehen und den Kunden die besten Leistungen liefern.<br \/>\n<strong>Besondere Talente \u2013 besondere F\u00f6rderung<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Teilnehmer des High Potential Programms profitieren von zahlreichen F\u00f6rderma\u00dfnahmen: Mithilfe fachlicher Fortbildungen wird das Know-how der Mitarbeiter weiter ausgebaut und f\u00fcr die Zukunft sichergestellt. Gerade im IT-Bereich ist eine st\u00e4ndige Weiterbildung zentral, um auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu bleiben und aktuelle Entwicklungen bestm\u00f6glich umzusetzen. Eine F\u00f6rderung der sozialen Kompetenzen bereitet die Nachwuchskr\u00e4fte auf ihren weiteren Karriereweg als Fach- oder F\u00fchrungskraft vor.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Teilnahme am Programm steht den High Potentials ein Mentor oder Pate zur Seite, der sie bei ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung unterst\u00fctzt und begleitet. Zus\u00e4tzlich profitieren die Fachkr\u00e4fte von einem individuell auf sie abgestimmten Karriereplan. So werden zentrale Meilensteine schneller erkannt und k\u00f6nnen zielgerichtet verfolgt und gef\u00f6rdert werden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individuelle Ma\u00dfnahmen<\/strong><br \/>\nDiese und viele weitere Ma\u00dfnahmen tragen dazu bei, die Mitarbeiter auf ihrem Karriereweg innerhalb der Firma optimal zu unterst\u00fctzen und ihre F\u00e4higkeiten weiter auszubauen. Jede einzelne F\u00f6rderma\u00dfnahme wird individuell auf den jeweiligen High Potential abgestimmt, um Schwerpunkte zu ber\u00fccksichtigen und spezielle F\u00e4higkeiten st\u00e4rker zu f\u00f6rdern. Alle Mitarbeiter bei Thomas-Krenn haben die Chance, an diesem Programm teilzunehmen \u2013 Engagement und Talent vorausgesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Zwei Mitarbeiter der Thomas-Krenn.AG konnten das Programm in Vergangenheit bereits erfolgreich abschlie\u00dfen. Nach mittlerweile drei Jahren gesellen sich jetzt drei weitere High Potentials zu den Absolventen und zwei neue Mitarbeiter d\u00fcrfen sich \u00fcber die Aufnahme ins Programm freuen.
