Only under WIndows, a RAID can be created with the onboard SATA Controller.
Due to stability and security reasons (rebuild), we recommend the use of an additional RAID controller.
Hint for 3ware controller
For an optimal performance, the Write-Cache has to be activated. Due to security reasons, we recommend the use of a BBU when the Write-Cache is activated.
