4. Purpose of data collection, processing or use:
(1) Corporate purpose is the sale of server systems, network components and server accessories as well as the distribution of system solutions and hosted servers. The data collection, processing and use is made for the exercise purposes.
(2) Human resource management: Data collection, processing and use - for its own purposes and to fulfill legal and social insurance legal liabilities.

5.1. Affected person(s):
own staff/candidates, customers, suppliers and service providers

5.2. Data or data categories:
Customer data (contact person, address data, contract data, payment data) employee data/ application data (name, address, billing data) suppliers (suppliers master data and settlement data)

6. Recipient of the data or categories of recipients:
Public authorities at existence of prior statutory provisions, external contractors according to § 11 BDSG as well as external bodies and company intern departments to comply with the section 4 mentioned purposes.

7. Standard periods for the erasure of the data:
The legislature has decreed many different obligations and periods. At expiry of these periods the relevant data is routinely deleted when they are no longer required for the contract as far as statutory storage obligations and time limits do not preclude it. If not affected, they are deleted when the section 4 purposes mentioned disappear. 

8. Planed data transmission to third countries (outside EU/EEA):
A transmission of data to third countries is not planned.
