Proactive monitoring
If you want to earn money with your web applications, you also want to make sure that these applications work. Unless you do not want to check actively on your own all day long, we are able to handle this for you.
You are able to book an easy monitoring, at which we will check the network ports of your application on availability and, if necessary, send you an advance notice via e-mail or SMS. Thus, you will be at least informed in real-time if anything does not work correctly. If this does not suffice, we are also able to offer a proactive monitoring at which we will examine your server carefully. By doing so, a failure of your services often can be prevented before it actually happens. In doing so, we will take a look at the resources used on the server: is the CPU continuously on 100% load, does the server constantly use the swapfile as not enough memory is available, are there program terminations as no hard disks space is available...
Also the server`s logfiles will be inspected to detect possible sources of error in time. In case that we find irregularities, we will also act proactive: Problems which can be eliminated without any additional costs for you will be corrected. Of course you will be informed about that. In case of more severe problems, we will inform you immediately: Furthermore we will advise you how to solve this problem so that you are able to operate your business as uninterruptible as possible.
