Set OPNsense language

The web interface of the Open Source Firewall OPNsense supports multiple languages. Besides English, also German, Czech, French and Italian are supported. In this article we show you how to configure the language of the web interface globally and individually for individual users.

In addition to the global language settings, it is possible to configure the language individually for each user. The user's language setting naturally overwrites the global configuration:

This feature of the user-specific language setting has been available in OPNsense since version 17.7.10.[1]
