Nuvoton WPCM450R IPMI Chip with AMI-Software

The Nuvoton WPCM450R IPMI chip with the AMI software has been built onto certain X8-series Supermicro main boards. It provides both a web interface for remote server maintenance, including KVM-over-IP, as well IPMI functionality. See Full Remote Management Supermicro.
