First it was just an idea ... now we are Thomas-Krenn.Inc.

 
First it was a vision to offer a webshop to the customers that offers a maximum of speed and convenience. In 2002, online-shops were an exception – little customer-friendly service and functionality were standard. That was our motive to create an easy-to-handle server shop for the customers.

Our focus is server technology - we do not want to offer many things together. We exclusively want to offer high-quality products.

According to our motto „speed is (y)our success“ it is our employees` target to assemble and despatch all servers within a period of 24 hours - an absolut novelty, then as now.

After years of intensive cooperation with our customers, we have established ourserlves as service-oriented server specialist on the market. Now we are proud that a lot of customers from all over Europe trust in us. Although we have rightly become successful and grown-up, we have kept the virtues of the foundinmg years: the flexibility and the individuality of a small-scale company as well as the quality and professionality of a large-scale enterprise. The center of our efforts is still the customer - each customer.

Whatever we offer in our online shop – we did not only test it intensely, but also make use of it for ourselves - the best evidence for quality products.

Service is a strained sales argument. It only becomes authentic when it is lived - and then the customer understands what service means to us. When we talk about service, we mean Thomas Krenn service. Each employee has all competencies and and freedom to oblige the customer`s wishes. Each customer deserves the best service!
