The serial number is situated directly on your server and always starts with a „90000“. Alternatively you can find all your serial numbers in the order history under Orders or in the RMA-tool. |
STEP 3.Arrange on-site service:A personal on-site service is possible if you inform us on working days until 1 pm via phone. So we are able to ensure that perhaps needed replacement parts will reach you the next working day. Notification |
