On-site service:
Next Business Day - from Mondays to Saturdays

We offer the on-site service in the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Liechtenstein and the Benelux countries. 

STEP 1.

With our RMA-tool you are able to exchange defective components in an easy and unbureaucratic way. If you need a technician on-site, please read Step 2. 

 

STEP 2.

Data capture:

To be able to help you quickly, please hold ready the following data:

» Your customer nr. You can find the five-figure customer number  on your vouchers or in the shop if you log-in under my.thomas-krenn.com. It always ends with a "-K“.

» The serial number of the server. The serial number is situated directly on your server and always starts with a „90000“.

Alternatively you can find all your serial numbers in the  order history under Orders or in the RMA-tool.

 

STEP 3.

Arrange on-site service:

A personal on-site service is possible if you inform us on working days until 1 pm via phone. So we are able to ensure that perhaps needed replacement parts will reach you the next working day.

Notification
We will inform a technician who will immediately contact you to make an appointment.
