A full version of Datawatch software is included in the shipment of the Online-UPS. This allows you to manage a server that is connected directly to the UPS via USB.
A Shutdown-Client for a server is also included with the Online UPS Network Management Card. This allows a server over the network to be shut down.
An additional Shutdown-Client is needed for each additional server and virtual machine on the network.
