First it was just an idea ... now we are Thomas-Krenn.Inc.

 

First it was a vision of offering our customers a webshop unsurpassed in terms of speed and convenience. In 2002, online-shops were still an exception – lack of customer-friendly service and functionality were common. This was what drove us to create an easy-to-use server shop for our customers.
 

We focus on server technology - we don't want to offer many different things at once. We exclusively want to offer high-quality products.


According to our motto „speed is (y)our success“ our employees aim to assemble and despatch all servers within a period of only 24 hours - an absolut novelty, in the past as well as in the present.

After many years of intensive cooperation with our customers, we have established ourselves as a service-oriented server specialist on the market. We are proud that countless customers from all over Europe trust in us. Despite having become successful and grown-up, we have preserved the virtues of our founding years: the flexibility and individuality of a small-scale company as well as the quality and professionality of a large-scale enterprise. In the center of all our efforts there is still the customer - every single customer.

Each and every product offered at our online shop has not only been carefully tested but has also been used by ourselves - the best evidence for the high quality of our products.

Service is a strained sales argument. It only becomes authentic when it is practised - and then the customer will soon realize what service means to us. With the unconditional desire to offer highest quality within the shortest time we constantly work on processes and procedures. The systems have to be adapted to users, and not vice versa. We have planned our new office building accordingly. Processes should be interconnected in a fast way and on high quality level. At the same time they should maintain quality and make products quickly available.
Our staff face optimal working conditions in the centre of the Bavarian Forest – at the heart of Europe. On our 13,000 square metres large premises, Thomas Krenn Servers are manufactured and dispatched. Modern production facilities and perfectly coordinated processes provide high availability and short processing times.We have created capacities for the future.

The construction of this buliding and all facilities is the result of our vision, just like our success is the result of our local employees, who take care of our customers' interests every day. By building our premises on this "green meadow" we would like to set a clear sign of our close connection to our home, Lower Bavaria.  Servers made in Germany!
